Given the nature of our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Should you have an issue/defect with your item contact us within the first five days of receiving your items so we can address the issue.
As with any products normal wear and tear is expected. Normal wear and tear does not qualify as an issue and you will not be given a refund, replacement, or exchange for normal wear and tear. For example, we will not replace scrunchies that you have had for six months, a year, and so on.
Failure to properly follow washing and handling instructions can ruin the products purchased. In this scenario, the customer assumes all responsibility for damaged incurred during use, washing or other handling of NPTressTreats.
