Bonnets, pillowcases, shower bonnets and scrunchies are made to order.

Please allow up to 14 days to make, package, and ship.

Shipping and processing are not the same. Processing on all orders, unless noted otherwise, takes up to 14 days. In some cases around large sales processing may take a few days longer.

Domestic Shipping

Items are shipped USPS and UPS with delivery confirmation. A tracking number for your package is located within your shipping confirmation e-mail. Domestic shipping takes three to seven business days for delivery after item is shipped.

When shipping within the United States, shipping is $6.50 flat rate first class postage or $10.00 flat rate priority shipping. Priority shipping is guaranteed 1 to 3 days for shipping and First Class is 3 to 7 days shipping. These times are shipping AFTER package has been shipped from our facility.

International Shipping

NPTressTreats currently offers international shipping. However, depending on the location, customs fees, VAT charges and other restrictions may apply. At this time, customs/duty and VAT charges are solely dealt with the country and are the responsibility of the customer the product is shipped to. Customs/duty and VAT charges can not be removed or altered by us.

When shipping internationally***(countries listed below), items are shipped via USPS or UPS Mail starting at $45 ($32 to Canada). Shipping method depends on country. A tracking number for your package is located within your shipping confirmation e-mail. International shipping takes six to ten days for delivery after item is shipped**. Please note that some countries’ couriers do not update on the USPS or UPS website.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this e-mail your package can be tracked via USPS.com using the tracking number provided. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders will arrive two to seven days after shipped depending on the shipping method you selected and the location of the shipping address. Check USPS.com for tracking updates. International delivery times vary.

Why do items take 7 to 14 days for shipping?

NPTressTreats is a small independent business, we do not have a factory overseas or a big warehouse full of stock. Our items are made to order especially for you with love and care. Additionally, items are washed prior to packaging. We do not have a warehouse full of items sitting on the shelf. Each item is made after the order is places. We take pride in creating each individual item just for the customer who ordered it. Custom/Special Request take four to six weeks for shipping.

Free Shipping Option

Free shipping for orders more than $75 applies to the amount after discount. Free shipping is for regular shipping (three to seven days).

Incorrect Shipping Information - PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. NPTressTreats is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to NPTressTreats, then NPTressTreats will either a) refund the cost of the product, minus the initial shipping, or b) reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost of $5 - $10.

Lost or Stolen Packages - NPTressTreats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NPTressTreats will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. The information will be provided to customer to submit inquiry with carrier.

Refunds - In the event of a lost package (not delivered) caused by a carrier, NPTressTreats will open an Investigation on your behalf. If a package is lost with the carrier and has not been confirmed as delivered, NPTressTreats will refund your order back to your original payment method after a completed investigation with the carrier and 180 days from the original investigation date.
